After the success of the first edition of Galactic's FOOD INNOVATIONS DAY, it didn’t take us long to decide we wanted to organize a second edition.
So, last Thursday we welcomed another group of dedicated food producers at Galactic Group Innovation Campus, located in Brussels! They were invited to learn all about our latest innovations in the realm of natural antimicrobials and to discover our expertise in fermentation, marked out by over 30 years of experience in the food industry.
Another great experience the attendees could benefit from were the live trials and one-to-one sessions with the Galactic food application experts. It was an excellent opportunity to discuss in depth with professionals in the antimicrobials field about tailor-made projects, ongoing challenges and upcoming innovations. In the end of the day, participants managed to define the best natural alternative they are looking for and even find ideas for new projects!
