Wondering about the vast range of possibilities in the Clean Label area?

During the Clean Label seminar, organised by Wagralim, the Agri-Food Innovation Cluster of Wallonia Food Connections event on 23rd of September, we shared how the natural process of #fermentation can contribute to a more clear, natural and transparent label. 

As well, a food tasting was organised at our table: participants were invited to try #hummus and #white bread, both applications prepared in Galactic Application lab, made with all natural ingredients, thus also natural preservatives.
