Within our R&D Applications department, you will play an active role in developing and promoting our high value-added natural solutions, particularly antimicrobials and other functional ingredients.

Your mission
• You will execute and report on technical projects related to application development.
• You will assist the Corporate R&D Applications Manager in defining, planning, and implementing applied research projects.
• You will carry out small-scale formulations and experimental tests: microbiological, physicochemical, and functional studies, as part of the development of new applications.
• You will participate in the setup, day-to-day management, and maintenance of the R&D Applications laboratory: ordering consumables, monitoring equipment, organization, and safety.
• You will contribute to the manufacture of samples and prototypes to support market development activities.
• You will help write technical reports and prepare technical communication tools for sales support (“Sales Kits”).
• You will conduct targeted bibliographic research to support ongoing projects.
• You may supervise and assist interns and students working on projects related to the department.

Job profile

Your profileYou have a technical degree (Bachelor's) in formulation, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.

  • Initial experience in applied R&D is an asset.
  • Strong interest in experimental work and a rigorous scientific approach.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills (French and English).
  • You have a vehicle.
