According to Innova Market Insights, 60% of global consumers say that clean labels have some or even a strong influence on their purchasing decisions.

Galimax Flavor O-50, a clean-label oregano infusion, was designed by our NPD & R&D teams to meet two of the market's most pressing demands: freshness and flavor.
For freshness, our technicians and engineers carried out in-house studies and proved the product's ability to maintain freshness (on beef patties) throughout its shelf-life. 

The sensory profile, validated by trained panels, revealed a dominant herbaceous character enriched with acidic, umami and broth-like nuances, making it a highly versatile component for products such as marinated meats, sauces, ready meals and herbal substitutes.
Galimax Flavor O-50 is therefore a response to the two converging consumer priorities. In this context, ingredients such as Galimax Flavor O-50 are not just nice to have - they are essential tools for innovation.
